How many excuses do you have NOT to workout? I think I’ve heard/told myself them all: I’m too tired. I don’t have time today. I don’t want to leave my baby... and on and on... Do you think you are ever going to reach your goals if you keep giving yourself the same excuse? Obviously that answer is a big NOPE! The day you can set those excuses aside is the day you will look & FEEL better, and most importantly your mind will be a little clearer. Even with limited equipment in your home, you can get in great workouts in as little as 30 minutes! I did a full body workout at home last week when work got too crazy for me to hit the gym. All I had was a 15 lb dumbbell, a 10 lb dumbbell, and one band, and I was sweatin! It’s our favorite guy’s BIRTHDAY today!! 🎂🎉 I don’t know anyone who is more deserving of a day dedicated to just him. He’s the hottest husband, the sweetest daddy, & we are so grateful he’s ours. Happy birthday, babe! We love you to the moon. 🌙

This week I only got in three lifting sessions after not working out at all for EIGHT days 😲, taught my FIRST spin class 🤭, slept on the floor of my child’s room too many times before I just let her come sleep with us... and signed on two more clients over on @lostandlifting.for.her! 👏🏼💪🏼 Excited for the new women starting out their February with me!

As a fitness coach, one of the biggest reasons women call me is because they don’t feel confident or they don’t like what they see in the mirror. . The BEST part about this job is that I get to not only help women learn sustainable weight loss methods, but also remind them how BEAUTIFUL & STRONG they are. . The Great Wall of China... 😱😍 It’s on my bucket list to see all of the 7 Wonders of the World, this checked off number two! Pretty stoked I have a husband who runs all over the world with me, even if some of the sites aren’t in his best interest... 🙈😝 I lucked out BIG time.
